While this athletic Pitt Panther served as an official alternate logo for the Panthers from 1994-97, fans may recognize him from the 1995-96 men’s basketball team’s shorts. While the late ‘90s weren’t a high point in Pitt basketball history, the team would eventually rebuild to a Sweet Sixteen appearance in 2002.
